Oleg Volovik
CEO

Born in Jewish family in Baku, Azerbaijan Oleg Volovik carries in his heart an ancient spirit of this one of the world’s most quaint cultural crossroads.

In 1992 photographer moved to Los Angeles, California, where he lives with his wife and two children.
Multicultural megapolis with its shaky grounds, evergreen nature, sun and snow, the sounds of Spanish guitars and urban rhythms, the ocean and the mountains, hot days and chilly nights – all of it has the deepest impact on artist’s vision of the world around him, as a borderline between light and darkness.

“Fantasy and reality, past and future, fire and earth, hate and love. Broken shadows.
Where is the borderline?
I believe I know the answer … it’s our life.”

This is the statement Mr.Volovik makes on the most profound level, with all his impressive body of work.
As one private collector pointed out – “Passion runs in his blood and spills over to his photographs.”
Fascinated for many years by Canon and Apple technologies photographer considers camera and computer almost as extensions of his body.
Oleg often mentions:
“I lose the sense of reality during photographing process, camera becomes the only organ, that connects me to the outside world.
In front of the monitor again, I live through the images I have taken, and my subconscious mind integrates them with many of my feelings and dreams I experienced in my life.”
